Levelling Agent  KT-701

Description:
Leveling Additive KT-701 is a copolymer of methylmethacrylate and butylacrylate. It contains polarity elements, moistens the added material (Pigment, Filler) and base metal (iron aluminum and so on), eliminating the pinholes and improving flow, during producing and using the powder coating.

Application:
1. KT-701 is used to eliminating crater and pinholes effectively and increasing anti-polluted.
2. KT-701 can be applied in all categories of powder coatings.
3. Mix with other material and then extrude out.
4. The dosage of KT-701 in formulation is about 0.5~1.5% wt, based on total formulation.
5. KT-701 contain Barium (Ba), so if the powder coating has been limited with heavy meta.
6. KT-701 must be used together with Leveling Agent (such as KT-3088) as it can't perform the function of Leveling Agent itself.
