Matting Agent  KT-2088

Introduction:
KT-2088 is a wax free, synthetic resin matting agent for hybrid powder coatings, It is almost suitable for any 50 to 50 or 60 to 40 type hybrid polyester resins without remarkable selectivity, whether fast-curing or not.
The product can provide 12-70% (60°) of low gloss, easy to control the level of the gloss. Non-yellowing, either initial or after over-bake. It Can satisfy wide ranges of baking requirements to result in gloss-stable, excellent flow, and outstanding mechanical properties.

Application:
Premix with other components of the formula before extrusion.
The use level is 1-5% based on total formula by weight, depends on the gloss required.


Package and Storage:  
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in temperature between 2 and 32ºC or cool dry place. Keep away from heat and fire.
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
