Abrasion-resistant modified unsaturated polyester molding compound PT-900 for switch housings
Characteristics : Abrasion-resistant modified unsaturated polyester molding compound has a high proof tracking index and possesses very high wear resistance and high resistance against electrical arc, superior electrical performance, excellent long-term dimensional stability even at elevated temperature and good flame resistance to UL94 V-0. It has over 12 months of storage time at room temperature. The compounds can be supplied in various colors.
Advantage: high wear resistance, impact strength and flame resistance. Its water absorption is low. And the parts made of it have good dimension stability, relatively high resistance against electrical arc and tracking.
Applications: Mainly used to switch housings and insulating parts for the moving parts of AC contactors and low voltage devices, etc.
