1)Usage
Neutralize the waterborne polyester resin with N and N- DMEA, then dilute it with water. The quantity of Amine is about 2-3% of the resin. The Waterborne polyester resin is used together with waterborne amino resin and crosslinked and cure at high temperatures. We recommend the etherificated amino resin as the cross-linking agent, and its addition is 1/2~1/8 of polyester resin. Its cure condition and film property are concerned with amino resin. When it is used with etherificated amino resin, it needs to add some waterborne acid catalysts with a percentage of 0.1~0.3% of the whole formula accelerate curing.
2)Application notices
Waterborne polyester resin and can be infinitely diluted with deionized water, can stably stored in weakly basic condition for six months. It will settle and stratify under the acid condition, especially after adding the acid pigment to it. So, the finished products--water paints, and diluted waterborne polyester resin should be stored under the weakly basic condition with PH value of 7.5~8.5. The viscosity of paints will increase with the PH value increases.
3)Package and storage
Advanced barrel packaging, net weight 200KG/ barrel.Storage for half a year. Please keep in ventilated and dry condition with the temperature not higher than 35ºC, but if it need to b stored in a long time, please keep the temperature not higher than 28ºC and away from direct sunlight.
