Levelling Agent  KT-3088

Introduction:
Leveling Agent KT-3088 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It can be applied to all kinds of thermoplastic and thermosetting powder coatings.

Remark	KT-3088-C employs superfine and high dispersancy silica as its carrier.  Thus, KT-3088-C can improve the gloss and DOI of the film remarkably.

Application and Performance:

1. KT-3088 can eliminate the fish-eye and crater phenomena, reduce the coating surface tension efficiently, and increase the film gloss. 

2. KT-3088 can improve the wetting to substrate, and decrease the orange peel. 

3. KT-3088 doesn't contain any silicone component. It won't affect the recoating adhesiveness. 

4. KT-3088 does not contain any Gloss Enhancing Wet Agent. The user can adjust the formulations according to the real instance.
     

Package and Storage:  

1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating. 

2. Package: 25kgs/polyethylene-lined kraft paper-plastic compound bag. 

3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
