HAA Polyester Resins 95/5 for Low Temperature Curing Powder Coatings
NH6567 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for polyester/primid powder coatings. It is suitable for low temperature curing powder coatings.
In recent years, with the rapid advancement of my country's large-scale infrastructure investment and industrialization process, lead profiles, as an important application material in the field of construction and machinery industry, have experienced rapid growth in the output and consumption of the entire industry, and my country has also become the world's largest The largest lead profile production base and consumer market.
There are three treatment methods for the surface treatment of lead profiles: anodizing, electrophoresis coating and powder coating spraying, each of which has a considerable market share. Among them, powder coating has become an important branch of lead profile surface treatment due to its advantages of no solvent, high material reuse rate and low energy consumption. Compared with the surface treatment methods of anodizing and electrophoretic coating, the pollution degree and energy consumption of water and air are obviously reduced. The mechanical properties of the coating film, such as hardness, wear resistance, acid resistance and other indicators have been greatly improved, the service life is twice as long as that of ordinary anodized lead materials, and the color is rich, which can better reflect the diversification and individualization of buildings. Therefore, lead building materials sprayed with powder coatings are well received by users for their excellent durability, decorative properties and processability.
The powder coating for ordinary outdoor lead profiles will be exposed to ultraviolet rays during use, resulting in degradation and greatly reduced service life. In addition, due to irresistible factors such as weather, the surface coating will also produce mechanical damage such as cracks, affecting its service life.
