Introduction
AE-29003A is composed of water-based modified epoxy resin, polyamine curing agent, deionized water, water-based additives, co-solvents, environmental protection pigments, fillers, etc. 
It is widely used in the coating of the surface of metal substrates used in transmission shafts, shock absorbers, steering columns and other products. It plays a very good role in decoration and anti-corrosion protection. It is suitable for manual spraying and DISC electrostatic spraying.

Pretreatment of substrate	When directly applied to the surface of the substrate, the substrate should be treated with phosphating, vitrification, and silanization, and it must be clean, dry, rust-free, and oil-free.

Construction Conditions	The construction temperature is 10-35ºC, the humidity is 30-75%, and the ventilation conditions are good. For construction in winter, it is recommended to preheat the workpiece and use hot air circulation to increase the surface temperature of the workpiece. Infrared heating can be used.

 Precautions     
(1) The surface of the object to be coated must be clean and dry, and the surface treatment of the substrate must meet the requirements.
(2) Part A and curing agent should be formulated strictly according to the volume ratio of 4.5:1 (or weight ratio of 6:1), diluted with 0-10% deionized water, aged for 10 minutes, and used within the applicable period The pot life is 2 hours at 25°C, and the higher the temperature, the shorter the pot life.
(3) The tools used in construction must be kept dry and clean.
(4) It is strictly forbidden to contact with acid, alkali, oily paint, organic solvent, etc. during the process of paint preparation and coating.
(5) The film formation at one time should not be too thick, and the dry film exceeding 60 μm is prone to sagging
(6) During construction and drying and curing, the relative humidity should be ≤75%, and the temperature should be ≥10°C, otherwise the paint film cannot be fully cured and has no performance.
(7) Avoid contact with organic solvents and water before the paint film is completely dry, and do not press or rub heavily to avoid damage to the paint film.
(8) Keep good ventilation at the construction site and wear necessary protective equipment.
(9) In order to achieve sagging resistance, when the ambient temperature is lower than 10°C, it is recommended to preheat the workpiece, and the optimum coating temperature on the surface of the workpiece is greater than 20°C; at the same time, increase the wind speed in the spraying workshop, and introduce hot air circulation in winter , to ensure that the wind speed reaches 0.5m3/s.


 Health and safety    
(1) The paint is a water-based product, and there is no health hazard in normal use.
(2) It must be well ventilated when in use.
(3) Avoid excessive skin contact.
