TMA Free 70/30 Thermosetting Hybrid Curing Polyester Powder Coating Resins
HH2782G is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 70/30 hybrid powder coatings with excellent gas oven stability. Can be used with B68 for low gloss with good performance.
Powder coating is a solvent-free, 100% solid powder coating, which is solvent-free, pollution-free, recyclable, environmentally friendly, saves energy and resources, reduces labor intensity, and has high mechanical strength of the coating film. According to the use environment of the coated device, such as electrical appliances used under high temperature conditions, there are higher requirements for the heat resistance of powder coatings, especially for products that require the color of the coating to be white, it is difficult to ensure that the coating has a good quality Heat resistance while maintaining coating quality that does not change during use.
Common heat-resistant powder coatings currently on the market can be used for radiators heated by steam or hot water. This powder coating is baked at 180°C to 230°C for 20 minutes, and the color change of the coating is small, but at 180°C The color changes greatly when baking for about 24 hours. Therefore, the use of electrical appliances under high heat and long-term conditions, such as electric heating oil whose surface temperature generally exceeds about 115 degrees during use, cannot be painted with ordinary powder coatings. The electrical appliance is required to maintain the quality of the coating without major changes in the long-term use of the electrical appliance at high temperature.
The direct-fired furnace-resistant powder coating is used for spraying on the surface of electrical appliances with higher operating temperatures, which can ensure that the coating has good heat resistance while maintaining the quality of the coating that does not change during use.
