This series of products is one kind of thermoset powder coating made of polyester resins and hardener with transparent material.

Property:

Density: 1.2~1.8g/cm3 (Owing to the different formulas and different colors)

Particle size: Different purposes vary, the standard for the average particle size is 35 ~ 40um, smaller than 10um< 10%, greater than 100um < 0.5%

Storage stability: Polyester Clear Powder Coatings should be stored below 30°C in a dry and well-ventilated place away from sources of heat and direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioner room, in order to avoid dampness again, before using the powder, the powder should be kept at room temperature or at the same temperature as the spray equipment. Under such conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If extended, the retest will be required. If the testing result meets the requirement, the powder can still be used.

Spraying:
This series product is suitable for the following spraying methods: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, fluidized bed thermal spraying, and other spraying methods (For the last 3 methods, please request in advance).

 

Film thickness:
40~150μm, depending on the application requirements

Curing guide:
200°C/10min or customizing design, for example160ºC/20min,180ºC/10min

Specially designed for the surface coating of the aluminum wheel hub, with high-standard transparency.

Suitable for high-performance coating film of various metal appliances, such as metal frames, bicycles, locks, door handle

Used as a protective coat for metal powder coating

Non-dangerous goods. It can be transported in various ways, but it should be away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and chemicals.

Health and Safety :

All raw materials of powder coating do not contain toxic substances, also no toxic gases when baking. However, during the use, dust-breathing should be avoided and the operator should wear dust masks and minimize long-term skin contact with the powder coating. The coating adhered to the skin can be washed off with soap.
