Polyester/TGIC Powder Coatings

 

Base: 
Thermoset powder coating based on polyester resins and TGIC hardeners

 

Feature: 
Good bondability and good mechanical properties 

Good over-baking resistance

Field of application:

This kind of coating is ideal for exterior decoration and for corrosion protection of parts or finished products, which have to withstand outdoor exposure. Typical applications include fence pipes, guardrails, playground equipment, farming machinery, garden tools, architectural products, automotive products and aluminum profiles, etc.

Film characteristics:

Good film appearance with excellent mechanical and exterior exposure durability. These polyester coatings also exhibit excellent over baking resistance across a wide range of cure conditions.
