ADDITIVES BENZOIN  KT-501

Introduction:
Benzoin, otherwise known as 2-Hydroxy-1.2-Diphenylethanone, is an organic compound that can be used as defoaming agent in powder coating. The main function of benzoin is to eliminate the bubbles in melting powder coating liquid in order to avoid forming pinholes.

Application:
1. Benzoin is used to eliminate air bubbles of the powder coating, meanwhile it will eliminate pinholes of film.
2. It is suitable for all kinds of powder coatings.
3. The dosage of benzoin: 0.3-0.8%, among whole formulation. Actual dosage shall be tested in lab.
4. Usage: Mix Benzoin with other materials directly and then extrude the compound together.
5. Its dosage should be properly controlled, over-dosage may cause yellowing phenomenon.

Packing with PE bag, Net weight 25kg per bag.
Keep in the cool and dry place, far away from fire.
Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract, please wear dustproof mask and glovewhen operating.
Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
