At present, automotive powder coatings are mainly used in the coating of automotive parts, such as automotive engines, aluminum wheels, chassis, filters, joysticks, mirrors, wipers, and horns.
There are epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyester, polyurethane, and acrylic powder coatings for automobiles. With the improvement of technology and the improvement of the performance of powder coatings for automobiles, it can now meet the various requirements of auto parts coating, such as appearance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, UV resistance Optical properties, etc. With the rapid growth of passenger cars in recent years, powder coatings for aluminum wheels have developed rapidly.
At present, the powder coatings for aluminum wheel hubs in the market are mainly wheel base powder and glossy transparent powder, while the glossy transparent powder is mainly polyester type, GMA acrylic type, etc. The acrylic powder varnish sprayed on the surface of the aluminum wheel hub must meet the requirements of impact resistance, acid rain corrosion resistance, temperature change resistance, and ultraviolet resistance.
This series of products are mainly based on acrylic resin and saturated aliphatic diacid curing agent and can be used for thermosetting transparent powder coatings for electrostatic spraying.

Spraying Parameter
Spraying Method: Electrostatic spraying.
Preheating Temperature: The workpiece can be preheated according to the workpiece condition and coating requirements.
Curing Conditions: It is recommended to bake at 180°C for 10min after spraying at room temperature, and customers can adjust it according to the site conditions.


Precautions
The particle size of the powder corresponding to different coating methods will be different, please make a request in advance.
Different spray thicknesses will affect color, gloss, appearance, etc.
There is a difference between the laboratory sample and the production line coating plate, and the customer needs to adjust the spraying parameters to meet the requirements.
This powder coating needs to be isolated from other coating lines, which is easy to interfere with and contaminate other materials.

Health and Safety
All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances, and no toxic gas is produced during baking, but inhalation of dust should be avoided during use.
